I love working with children and I want to be a tutor because I feel like I can make certain subjects easier for the child to learn and have the information stick with them. I have volunteered to help out kindergarten through first grade classes. I have taken ENG 101 and 102 and have gotten A's in both of them. I have taken Early childhood psychology, teaching children with disabilities, medical terminology, language of medicine, core humanities (201,202,203) and many more classes.

Hobbies

In my free time I visit kids in the hospital fighting cancer and heart abnormalities, and other pediatric conditions. I also run my own non-profit organization called Butterflies for Courageous Kids. I send personalized paper butterflies to kids all over the world fighting cancer, CHD, chronic illness, ect. I have sent to 12 countries, 920 cities and over 3,000 kids in a year and a half. I also send them to siblings so they don't feel left out!
