My name is Steven and I live in Reno, NV. I currently am pursuing a Master's Degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy. I plan to graduate in May of 2019. I am a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno's College of Liberal Arts with a B.A. in Communication Studies. My overall GPA was 3.8 and my Communication Studies GPA was 3.9. I have been an avid reader and writer for many years, and have gone through AP and college-level writing courses in which I have excelled. I have also excelled in admissions tests like the SAT and GRE. After graduating, I immediately began working for the State of Nevada in the Communications department of the State's Affordable Care Act Exchange Agency (Nevada Health Link) where I was tasked with writing press releases and published web content. I have extensive experience tutoring, editing and proofreading everything from college essays to graduate level research papers and professional press releases.
