I have tutored several young adults for their SAT's as well as in courses that they were having difficulty in. Tutoring other students provides me the joy of knowing that I am helping someone excel. Personally, being a student that takes longer to learn any sort of material I understand the frustration that comes with not understanding a subject and wanting to do well in it. I have taught students in a variety of ways whether it be with helping them visualize a concept or just repeating the material for them to understand. The greatest joy that comes with tutoring is hearing back from a student about how well they did on the exam or overall course.
