I am a Graduate Student at UNR, and I am pursuing my PhD in Physics. I graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with my bachelors degree in Physics and Applied Mathematics.
Experience
I have tutored for 3 years in college as a tutor in my physics department. I have also tutored many people in math, intro chem, and basic computer programming. I want to tutor because I would like to help people understand that both math and physics are not things to be feared. I have taken Modern Physics, Classical Mechanics, E&M, Quantum Mechanics, Electronics, Math Methods in Physics, Experimental Physics, and Computational Physics. In math I have taken Calc 1, 2, and 3. I have taken Differential Equations, linear algebra, Transition to Higher Math, Probability and Statistics 1&2.
